Is it just me, or is fringe all over the place right now? And speaking of things that are all over the place, here’s little Lindsay Lohan with a brown suede fringed handbag of her very own. While it’s not something I’d pair with an all-black outfit (leggings again?!?), but I dig the purse’s bohemian edge, which is just right for the approaching summer.
